We Grow Beautiful Things
Our farm stand opens May 16th, 2026. You can also find us at the North Chili Farmer’s Market May 16, June 26, July 25, August 29, September 26 until noon (the last Saturday of every month). We specialize in growing organic heirloom and unique varieties that are hard to find in the stores. Find our 2026 seedling catalog below. We accept pre-orders and can schedule flexible pick-up times during the week.
For dried flower offerings, please check out our dried flower studio, Tenderfoot Flora. We offer bespoke wreaths, collaborations, and hand-dyed botanical textiles.

Our Offerings
Spring Seedlings
We grow high quality vegetable and herb seedlings with varieties you can’t find in the big box stores. These are the same heirloom varieties we grow for ourselves here on the farm. Our seedlings are grown organically from seed in our greenhouses in VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES. We pot them in compostable 4-inch peat pots and harden them off here at the farm. Plants are $3 – $4 each. Let us help you grow your garden! We accept cash and Venmo.
2026 Season (pushed back a week due to cold spring) Farm Stand will be open May 16 + 17 and 23 + 24
| 10 AM – 5 PM | Self-Serve (we are happy to help if we are around!)
We will be selling at the North Chili Farmer’s Market Plant Sale on May 16th from 8 AM- Noon. Pre-orders are welcome to pick up any time until the end of May. To place a pre-order, email us at tenderfootflora@gmail.com.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US THIS YEAR!

High Quality Wool
In 2025, we are thrilled to offer heritage breed wool products. Our little flock includes white Dorset Horns, and both white and black Lincoln Longwools. Our wool was spun into DK-weight sock yarn by Battenkill Fiber Mill, the last full-service wool mill in New York state.
We use our own farm-grown flowers to dye our wool, offering a wide range of beautiful, natural colors. Each skein is 100g. Dyed is $30/skein, natural white and natural gray are $25 each. See what we have available in the shop, below, and email us if you are looking for raw wool, batting, or roving.
Find us at the North Chili Farmer’s Market during the 2026 Season. We will be there ONLY on the LAST SATURDAY of every month, June-October.

Pastured Whole Chicken and Rainbow Eggs
We raise pastured chicken, fed locally produced non-GMO feed and grass. They live happily among the flowers in a chicken tractor moved to fresh grass every day. They are processed at a NYS 5A certified facility in Penn Yan. We sell whole fresh or frozen chicken for $7/lb.
We are taking orders for whole or quartered chicken in 2026. Please contact us by May 31, 2026 to let us know if you are interested.
Our beautiful rainbow eggs are produced by our heritage breed flock (these are laying hens, not used for meat!). We have about 40 hens who produce two dozen eggs every day. Our eggs are $5/dozen and available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the self-serve farm stand. If you are interested in becoming one of our regular egg customers, please reach out!
